RETURN TO DUST RELEASES BELLY UP MUSIC VIDEO

WATCH BELLY UP VIDEO

Return To Dust debuted the official music video for their latest single “Belly Up.” The video offers an intimate glimpse into the band’s performance of the song by blending footage of the band’s live performances with behind-the-scenes shots from within the studio.

“Belly Up” showcases the band’s perfected and unique sound. Reminiscent of the iconic 90’s grunge scene, “Belly Up” reimagines the raw and gritty elements of the genre by adding a modern interpretation. The song’s progressive, chugging guitar riffs drive the rhythm and intensity of the song, while the layered harmony vocals leave a haunting feeling, especially coupled with the lyrics.

"Last year, we played over 70 shows, opening for our favorite bands and even going on our first headlining tour," states the band. "The energy in the room each night was magical, and we wanted to put something together that captures that. The 'Belly Up' video shows our journey from recording the song in Los Angeles, to playing to and meeting hundreds of fans across the U.S. that all have their own story about how they found the band. We couldn't be more proud to share this cumulative effort with you, and we can't wait to go back on the road in April, to do it all again."

Return To Dust will be touring throughout the U.S. this spring with Pop Evil and will be doing a limited run with Dorothy during May. The Pop Evil tour will kick off in early April in Tulsa, Oklahoma and will end in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on May 10th at the MMRBQ 2025 festival. They will also be hitting a few other festivals along the way including Welcome to Rockville, Upheaval, and Rockfest.

Kristen

Hi! My name is Kristen and I’m a photographer/videographer based out of Milwaukee, WI. I’ve never known life without a camera in my hands and music in my ears. Music is something that I always felt passionate about and fell in love with how music can connect so many people from all different walks of life. At a very young age, I found my mom’s VHS camcorder and filmed anything and everything. Later in life, I became a wedding videographer and continued to do that for 5 years. While doing this helped me hone my craft, I always had a pull in the back of my mind to music photography. That's when I decided to bring my two passions together and got into music photography. I hope to help continue bringing people together and amplifying the voices and stories of all of the people and artists I am inspired by, and those I have yet to find.
