Third Time’s The Charm: Sace6 Debut Third Single, “Allured,” From Upcoming Brutalist Album

Sace6 have unveiled yet another single from their forthcoming album brutalist, arriving Friday, May 8 via Sumerian Records.
Serving as the third preview of the upcoming record, “allured” continues to build anticipation while further showcasing the duo’s ability to create deeply immersive and emotionally charged material. The track stands as another standout addition to their ever-growing catalog, reinforcing their distinctive presence within the scene.
Driven by a series of probing, self-aware questions, “allured” explores the mind of a validation seeking individual as they are challenged to face their own truth beneath the constant need to be someone that is determined worthy by others. The lyrics approach this mindset by placing the listener directly within the line of questioning, subtly prompting them to examine their own intentions. In doing so, the track creates a deeper emotional connection while inviting the listener to explore their own insecurities, whether they want to or not.
Sace6 shared the deeper meaning behind the track stating, "Our third single off of 'brutalist' - “allured” the devastating atmosphere shows the wall of confidence and certainty used to mask one’s insecurities. “allured” recognizes the true personality of someone who seeks validation from others by making themselves and everyone around them believe their worth & intentions the way they wish they truly were."

Visually, the accompanying music video continues with the band’s signature black and white, retro inspired aesthetic. The video’s simplicity allows for the song to take center stage, while the bustling city skyline backdrops adds visual depth. The slowed down movements emphasize the emotional weight of the song, creating a raw and vulnerable viewing experience that mirrors the emotional complexity of the track’s lyrics.

With the brutalist release on the horizon, anticipation for the album continues to intensify. As the first release under Sumerian Records, the 11 track record has already set itself up for high expectations given its previous three releases. The record is sure to feature some of the band’s best work to date with their signature blend of tonal aggression and emotional overtones.

The duo will be embarking on an extensive onslaught of shows throughout 2026, going nearly non-stop for the entirety of May through August. As featured support for Dayseeker’s THE PALE MOONLIGHT TOUR, the band will travel throughout Northern America on the nearly sold out tour with additional support from Northlane and Wind Walkers. They’ll then go on to their own headline tour in June, followed up by the Chiodos, 156/Silence and Calva Louise IT’S NOT YOU, IT’S ME TOUR throughout August. Along the way, they’ll make appearances at all 5 Warped Tours dates (Washington, DC; Long Beach, CA; Montreal, Quebec; Mexico City, Mexico; and Orlando, Florida), before ending the year (for now) at Louder Than Life festival in Kentucky on September 20.
