From Fall to Spring - CHASING THE HIGH

A mere two weeks before the release of their album “ENTRY WOUNDS” From Fall to Spring has come out with their heartbreaking new single “CHASING THE HIGH.” The band, consisting of Philip & Lukas Wilhelm on vocals, Simon T. on Keys and DJ duty, Benedikt Veith on drums, León Arend on screams and bass, and Seb Monzel on guitar, initially gained traction as a fan favorite group on Eurovision 2025. Having amassed over 200k monthly listeners on Spotify, they’re on the path to a meteoric rise in popularity.

On this new release the synth heavy and dramatic instrumentals support cloying lyrics that go into the cycle of being addicted to a toxic situation. The vocals make their way into your veins as the wistful clean vocals are interspersed with deeply visceral screams.

From Fall to Spring states. "”CHASING THE HIGH”  is our emotional crash in song form. It explores the addiction to something that’s breaking you — but you still can't let it go. Escaping a toxic spiral is hard… whether it's love or your own mind. And sometimes, all that's left is a scar to remind you it was real."

They absolutely deliver on that impact. The entire thing comes together in a way that feels like a Backstreet Boys-level hit, but for people who love hardcore. It’s beautifully produced, easy to sing along to, and extremely relatable to anyone who has experienced a mutually destructive connection. The way this song offers the strength to love yourself and escape takes it to a whole new level of artistry.

The music video released to accompany “CHASING THE HIGH”’s release is an equal flex in artistry. The contrast between sterile white outfits and blank walls vs a virtual reality bathed in sci-fi reds is striking. The loop of cycling through corrupted memories that glitch in and out of physicality brings a subtle horror element into the whole vibe. The story the video tells is one of tragedy and horror, but also of coming to terms with what is real. I think being forced to face that makes the song a lot more real.

The band will be touring the UK this fall, starting in Bochum, Germany on October 22nd, 2025.
